Why my USB-C stop to work after connect a external screen?

I bought an Asus ROG Zephyrus G15, and an external screen that would be able to connect by using only 1 cable USB-C to USB-C. Everything was working well after certain update was released between September-October of 2024. Then, after connecting the screen to any port USB-C, this stopped working after disconnecting the screen after using, no matter how long. Don't work or even give any signal to any other USB-C device.For a long time, I thought it was the cable or even the screen until I used 3 different cables with the same result.
