Why my Lock Screen has always been changed??

I am very angry and confused, I set the Lock Screen Picture myself like this:You can see that this Picture is chosen from my self, but Every time i press win + L to leave for seconds, My Lock screen has been changed without My Permission like this (I did not change anything):That is very annoying and i am figuring it out.
