why my laptop(windows 11 AMD ryzen 5000 16 gb ram ) is not listening anything justonly when i plugged it to (boat rockerz 400) headphone via aux cable , the mic is showing that realtek R audio (system device) is selected but not listening anything i speak in my laptop ... [this is working when i use bluetooth ..and when i just plugged out with the laptop then system mic is working fine ] please help me as soon possible
