why my laptop (Dell Latitude E7450 from 2015) audio not working

I am running Windows 10 and my audio today when I opened my laptop just stopped working, I've tried using troubleshooting tools built into windows 10 and I have never connected a audio device (and I have never used a HDMI cable in this laptop) so it's just my built in laptop speakers. I have also made sure I had made my audio running at 30% volume (it has worked for months.)
