Why my keyboard and mouse randomly turned off?

My keyboard randomly turned off (rgb light goes out and i can't type) when typing, and when it happens, the keyboard register the last pressed key continuously until i press a button (after the keyboard turn back on), all of this happened in a matter of second. I basically gave up typing using my keyboard because it happens so often that i have to use backspace every single time to delete the continuous pressed key like "aaaaaaaaaaa".This also happens when using mouse, if i move my mouse rapidly, it turned off for a second before then turning back on.If i type rapidly or move my mouse rapidly,
