Why my Icons are resized when i activated my second monitor?

Hi,I have a double monitor setup. I noticed that when I activate the second monitor using the options "Extend these displays" the icons on the first(main) monitor are moved and resized, they are a little smaller. Why is this happening? If it helps when i use only the main monitor the scale is 125%.I already updated all the drivers that i found.Thanks for any help.
