Why my document and desktop are appearing in OneDrive

When I download apps which default save location is c:\user\document,and it will be redirected to OneDrive\document,but those app can't run properly because they can't read this location, however because I can't open those apps, I can't change their default location.So I uninstalled OneDrive, but the c:\user\onedrive steal exists and the app still can't work
