Why my battery icon stuck at 50 percent and when I unpleg my laptop it just turns off directly??I have Toshiba Dynabook satellite Pro A50 - windows 11 pro

Battery icon stuck at 39%, even plugged in for hours and while unplugged for hours. But you can see when is plugged in and unplugged. Any ideas?
