Why isn't MS Paint on my Windows 11?

I don't have any of the basic accessories, including Notepad and MSPaint.There is no Accessory folder under All Apps, nor at the path: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start MenuI tried in Settings -> Apps -> Optional Features and MS Paint isn't listed nor searchable, whereas Notepad was in the list allegedly already installed. I uninstalled, restarted, and re-installed it to no avail, it's just not there.
