Why isn’t a code being sent to my device when logging into my PC?

I am trying to log into my Windows 11 PC. It is trying to send a verification code to my email. On my mobile device, I check both my inbox and my junk folders and it doesn’t show up. The PC isn’t reporting any issues, I’ve triple-checked that the email is correct, and there’s no other way for me to sign in. Why isn’t it sending the verification code and how do I fix it?
