Why is Windows so bad?

Windows is an operating system. Why is there an almost 1 second delay to show a menu when right clicking a file? Why does right clicking the desktop with the awful context menu disabled result in an infinite spinning wheel?Why does GPU acceleration in windows settings cause intermittent unresponsive GUI?Can Microsoft PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go back to making an operating system? I'm about to go buy a mac mini and swap over because of what you have done to this once great OS. Stop focusing on all the bloat an nonsense you are adding and at least have solid fundamentals first.
