Why is valorant freezing and unfreezing when i press a key or mouse button?

Hi, days ago i got a new laptop with better components (RTX 3060, Ryzen 5800h. Asus tuf A15). The problem is, when every time im clicking or pressing a key the game freezes and a few seconds unfreezes (in the menu, and the music is playing). In a hp computer that i have it has xe graphics and valorant runs completly fine.When i join at shooting range, the game doesn't freeze when i click but it does when i press keys and then the game kicks me out to the lobby, when i hit the practice button the bots doesn't have a animation, a few of them move and others reiman still.i triedisablig hardware
