Why is this internalconstant.js showing up when I inspect the microsoft support page?

I am trying to ask Microsoft about a series of issues I am having, including my mother's laptop that somehow thinks my laptop is a device and links my microsoft account to her laptop. Never ever signed in on her machine. Also I'm trying to access support and can't. Among many other horrifying things that are happening to us on our devices and accounts.
