Why is there zero customer service support for Bitlocker?

Why on Earth is there not a single way for Microsoft to assist unlocking bit locker???Losing personal files is NOT a viable option and it's disgusting that they think it is. Especially when they now require this on any laptop that is built with a Microsoft system. This is a poison to customers. It is not at all helpful to have a 48 digit code for the average person buying a personal laptop. I did not set up BitLocker and it does not go to a registered email that I have, so there is no way to recover my own personal files, or my customers files unless someone can come up with a viable way to ge
