Why is there no touchscreen drivers when I enter device manager - human interferences

I have had my ThinkPad computer since 2020. When I first purchased the computer, I was able to access touchscreen. I haven't used the touchscreen feature in quite some time. But recently when I tried to access it, it would not let me. I have followed tutorials on how to enable touchscreen. However, when I enter human interferences in the device manager, there is no touchscreen driver to enable. Hope to hear from you soon. Sorry for the confusion, if you are unaware of my inquiry.
