I am looking for the "Microsoft - Generic Controller - Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows" for windows 7 64 bit, why is this not available? When I try to install the x86 it tells me the drivers are not designed for my system. When I install the AMD64 drivers, the device installs properly but adds a new HID compatible device to my device manager with an error code 52 about the driver not being digitally signed. I assume this is because its for an AMD system. So why is it that there is no 64 bit driver available? Windows update says my system is completely up to date so I cannot get my Xbox One wireless receiver to install properly.

Thanks for any help with this.

Ok windows update installed the driver but im still having issues. The wireless receiver is recognized as Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows, the controller is being identified as a USB Input Device and its not being recognized by any of my games, when I plug the USB cable in with the controller it recognizes it as an Xbox One Controller. The wireless receiver does not work like the usb cable does, what am I doing wrong here?

It appears the xbox 360 wireless works the same exact way as the xbox one, but for some reason its not working in the games, the guide button is also not recognized. the only way the controller can be used is in teamspeak, i tried to bind the push to talk key to a button on the gamepad. thats the only thing i can get to recognize the controller.
