Why is the xbox app not installing

I have pc gamepass and it's pretty cool but the xbox app didn't work so I tried to reinstall it but it doesn't work it downloads for about 2 seconds and then says that it was unable to install and I have tried everything to fix this like putting a command in windows powershell, wsreset.exe to clear the store cache and trouble shooting the microsoft store but nothing worked
