Why is the write speed of NVMe PCI-E 3.0 SSD falling, although the read speed remains ~ the same?

Greetings. For 2 years I have not been able to understand what the problem is with the drop in write speed on different NVMe PCI-E 3.0 SSDs. The bottom line is that the read speed remains approximately the same (it may drop by 200-300 MB/s, it does not look so critical), but the write speed drops 8 times (it was 2500-2400, it became 500-600). After reinstalling the OS, everything, of course, gets better, but for the time being. My question is how to find the instigator of this problem, because DISM, SFC could not find and solve the problem. I just want to solve this problem by NOT reinstalling
