Howdy!I use the Snipping Tool provided by Windows often to help me take notes for my classes in college. However, I have noticed that the Snipping Tool in Windows 11 does not work as well as in Windows 10. I originally upgraded my desktop computer to Windows 11 back when Windows 11 first came out and I immediately noticed that the Snipping Tool had an issue. Before, when I canceled my 'Snip,' I would bring the line I was dragging back to the 'home line,' the line that stays still while dragging, and look at the top of the screen to see that the icons would reappear at the top, and then I would
