Why is the option "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" missing in Windows settings?

Context: I have been signing in to my device (Windows 11) as a local administrator. Now I want to sign in with my Microsoft account. So I have enrolled my device in Microsoft Intune and also added my Microsoft account in the Windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school. Problem: I am trying to enable the option "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" in the Windows Settings > Accounts > Your info. But I cannot find this option in the Windows settings. Question: Why is the option "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" missing in the Windows settings?
