Why is the driver of Universal is "N/A"?

Hi,

After WHQL sign, our WBF(Fingerprinter)driver of Universal is N/A from the catlog file, and the "DCHDeviceCheck" Universal result is pass.

I want to know why? and what would effect if the driver of universal is N/A?
