Why is Paint 3D Shutting Down

Paint 3D is a tool I use for tasks regularly and I want to know why its shutting down all of a suddenthere's not enough information on why you cant keep it up, update it, or make a better version of it to fit windows 11.The removal of Paint 3D shouldn't be necessary.If it really has to go then I would like to know why you cant either save or remake it or even incorporate it into existing applications.
