Why is OneDrive so slow during syncing files?

I have been adding some game mods files for 2 days, but the blue sync icon had been showing for a long time and whenever I open OneDrive in order to fix my issues, it starts syncing! but after a while it stops! this thing is continuously troubling me.internet speed is not the problem as when I check my internet speed it shows like 65 mbps - downloads and 30 mbps - UploadsBut in one drive it seems like 30kbps!I tried many - many websites but nothing works for me!
