Why is my Touchpad/cursor not working?

[Windows 11]

It completely disappeared from my screen and I am unable to use it without an external, wired, mouse. I've tried many keyboard commands, restarting my computer, and going through my settings. I also tried to go to my device manager and try to fix it there, but I don't even have a touchpad compliant in my device manager and when I run for hardware changes, it still doesn't get added. Any help?
