Why is my storage so low?

I have tried everything. I have tried checking if it was because of a temp folder didn’t work. I have tried using all of the storage clean up recommendations and none work. I have tried deleting a lot of my apps and files didn’t work. I have tried everything and my storage keeps getting back full. I have 118gb and i’m using 117gb.My apps is taking up 66gb but a barely have any anymore. My temporary files is taking up 27gb Please help me I don’t know what to do.
