When I turn off my third monitor (TV,) my second monitor on my desk shuts off when the tv is turned off. When I go to display options, it shows that the monitor disabled itself. When I re-enable, suddenly the TV won't connect (because Windows disabled it for some unknown reason), making me have to force it to extend again.Why does this happen? It didn't happen with my old TV. I am on the same graphics card, Windows Update, driver, and hardware except for the TV.
