Why is my seagate BarraCuda 4tb hdd only showing up in devices and printers, computer management and device manager

[Windows 10]

My 4tb hard drive is for my xbox and stopped working the usb is not a problem but a bit wobbly when connecting to the sata connector is there anything that will help also the disk spins and no clicking noises happen except for some beeping when plugged in which based on seagate it says it means it's not getting enough power but it disconnects from the pc after a few minutes of being plugged in
