Why is my ram usage at 100%? and Crashing LAPTOP win10

My laptop is having random RAM spikes where the usage jumps for 20% to 100% making my PC unusable. I am also getting lots of blue screens. This started happening after upgrading to windows 10


ALL drivers up-to-date.

Virus scan with Mcafee.

Using System Mechanic to keep PC clean.
