Why is my processor Core i7-7280HK CPU @ 2.90Ghz not qualified for Win 11 Upgrade when it is 3 times more than provided requirements ?

The minimum processor requirement given for win 11 upgrade is 1 Ghz, my processor is which is nearly 3 times more powerful than required. All other hardware requirements are passing except processor. Why is my windows 11 update failing hardware requirements ? I attached screenshots from PC health check for reference. Processor requirement published by Microsoft: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC).
