Why is my Print Preview taking so long?

I have Windows 11 Office 365. When I select an item to print the Print Preview screen takes 1-3 minutes to load I have reset and re-installed printers, updated windows and trouble shot pretty much everything on computers and printers. This happens with 4 printers that work fine using from other computer, phone etc. Lenovo said it is a Microsoft issue as did an IT Tech. They were aware of the issue. Called Microsoft x 3. Microsoft option to get a call back works but the call goes on auto hold. Have waited 20- 30 minutes each time with no answer. Terrible service. Appreciate any help!Also, I do
