I have had my personal Microsoft account for over 20 years and my email address hasn't changed. Recently due to incorrect information from Bell Canada, that email address was canceled. As a result, I'm trying to change my primary alias however, when I go to my account screen, there is a message stating:"Your organization's policies prevent you from changing your primary alias." This is a personal account and I'm not part of an organization!!! Is there anyway to resolve this issue because they are always wanting to verify security by email or text?
