why is my phone's camera not working on the phone link or windows link app?

mainly i tried using WhatsApp and discord to use the camera, i tried a lot of things and the only thing i achieved was what you can see in the image (which is from WhatsApp) the only thing i can think about is my phone not being compatible the app, because with my older phone this problem did not exist.
