Why is my pc so laggy

[Windows 11]

I have a really weird problem on my pc. In the last week my pc has gotten way more laggier. Like the frames drops down to 4 or something. The weird thing is that it wont happen in games. I play rainbow six siege a lot and get like 100 frames there on max graphics, but once I tab out to discord or chrome I almost cant do anything, even if I try to tab back it can take up to 2 minutes. I have also discovered that it gets worse the longer I am on my pc. I have tried to check my ram and cpu ussage I nhave also tried to run latency mon that says my system has a problem with audio and other tasks. I
