Why is my pc so choppy?

So I powered my pc off yesterday for 1-2 hrs came back on it and my mouse was really choppy and my games were freezing a choppy. I thought it was possibly bc I was on windows 11 and my pc wasn’t able to handle it bc I had updates I couldn’t do.So I went back to windows 10 and factory reset my pc but it didn’t fix it, I downloaded a driver updater app and it says I have a bunch of out dated drivers, but windows says other wise I don’t know what else to do, I’ve done a few things to try and fix it but nothing has worked.
