Why is my pc download speed slower than every other device

My pc download speed is only reaching 90mbps while on my phone it reaches 500mbps. Just last week my pc had 500mbps download speed. Why has it decreased so dramatically?I have reset my pc multiple times including my actual wifi and even reset my network on my pc and nothing has changed.
