Why is my pc crashing/freezing/blue screening while playing games?

Every time I play games like call of duty, Roblox, or any game after around 10 minutes of playing my pc blue screens or freezes, I'm getting this error message on reliability history. But sometimes it stops happening then it suddenly starts happening again. I have tried to do memory diagnostic tests, SFC test on cmd, CHKDSK test on cmd, I tried to change my power settings to see if that was the problem, I tried updating my drivers and reinstalling them but none of them seem to be working, I even tried to reinstall windows but even after that the problem still continues.SPECS:GTX 1080I7-6700k16
