Why is my NVMe Drive Undetected During Windows 10 Installation/set-up?

I have done a lot of troubleshooting and this is the first time I came across this problem. I have 2 drives connected to the system (1 NVMe O.S, 1 SATA SSD)So I was going to re-install Windows 10. and I had every tool ready such as a USB flashdrive and a back-up & recovery system incase of any failures.
