Why is my mouse moving over to my second monitor while playing an fps game and it only happens when i join a party on gamebar?

Can someone explain to me why anytime i open up Gamebar and join a party, anytime that im in a game like Destiny 2 or Fortnite, or Star trucker, that utilizes the mouse exclusively. Anytime i move my mouse to the left (towards where my monitor is) it goes over to the second monitor... like im just moving my mouse around to move my character around and it moves over to the second monitor.yes i play destiny 2 in borderless full, so that i can move my mouse when in the menus to the other monitor because i watch youtube.and no putting it into full screen or Exclusive full screen does not help, i f
