I am using the MS Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop set. The mouse works well, but the keyboard shuts off while I am typing. I have tried the following with no luck: changing the batteries, uninstalling and reinstalling the MS Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop set (keyboard and mouse) from the device manager, and restarting my computer. I also tried plugging the USB dongle into another port, but it did not affect the keyboard. I use a Dell laptop, and I have tried using the keyboard with a MacBook Pro laptop, but the same problem occurred. When the keyboard turns off, I must press on keys until it randomly turn
