Why is my Logitech MX Master 3 disconnecting on my Surface Laptop?

My mouse has stopped connecting to my surface laptop randomly after I recently did the Windows update (idk if it's related). The mouse connects to another windows laptop (W11) without an issue. I did everything from updating my Bluetooth drivers, completely rebooting both devices, disconnecting the mouse from bluetooth settings. Checked the power management settings, did a SFC check, changed user profiles on the device. I checked the mouse battery and that doesn't seem to be the issue either.
