I am trying to sign into my Windows laptop. I have NEVER, EVER set up a PIN. I have always used my Microsoft account password to sign into the computer. Starting today, the machine is inexplicably forcing me to use a six digit PIN...which I have NEVER set up. When I click "I forgot my PIN," the machine says I need internet connection. I have wireless available and ethernet PLUGGED IN, but the computer won't connect because I CAN'T SIGN INTO WINDOWS, so I just get taken back to the PIN screen. **** do I do?!?!?!?
