Why is my keyboard scrolling after a recent update

I have Windows 11 (Insider Preview.) Just recently...probably after the last update, the keyboard started scrolling down when I'm typing a reply on certain websites, like Facebook and Twitter. The touchpad is disabled.. Is annoying. How can solve this problem?
