Why is my internet speed so slow on my computer but fine on every other device in my house?

My internet speed is meant to be upto 40MB/s download speed, but I can't even get past 750KB/s most of the time It's been like this for a few weeks, started fine then dropped drastically. I've tried everything like resetting the router, flushing the DNS, resetting network settings, so on so forth.
