Why is my internet randomly disconnecting.

Roughly every 30 to 40 minutes my Windows 11 laptop disconnects from the internet completely my device says no internet and it says no available networks when I try to connect again and I have tried turning Wi-Fi on and off and airplane mode is off and I have no Bluetooth devices connected. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my driver and adapter on my laptop and it does nothing, My driver and adapter are on the latest versions. I know this problem is my laptop and not my network/router as my other devices work on the network and my laptops MAC address has not been blocked from the net
