Why is my hard disk getting filled automatically due to huge uninstaller log files?

Hi,My hard disk is getting filled automatically due to some uninstaller log files increasing rapidly on it's own present at C:\Windows\System32\UninstallerLogs. I have deleted one of the files of about 45-50Gb size but still 2 other files are left and I'm not able to delete them due to this error "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Java(TM) Platform SE binary".Can anyone please help how can I delete these files and stop them from growing automatically?Thanks.
