Why is my GPU not being recognised?

Hello! I have a ROG Strix G513RM Laptopthat runs mainly on the Integrated GPU because of what i can see some driver problems with my dedicated GPU. The DGPU is a 3070Ti and tthe problems appeard afetr I've spilled some water accidentaly over my laptop , at first it didn't show any problems than it started randomly to dissapear from task manager and not get recognised by the system. After I was installing some windows updates it came back and i managed to run a Benchmark on it, the perfomance being good as a normal 3070Ti, but after I've restarted the computer it dissapeard again.
