why is my google chrome automaticallu closing instantly once i open it, i am on windows 11

whenever i open up google chrome, it pops up for half a second and closes, and there is no information about it on the windows logs. I have tried reinstalling google chrome and resetting my pc, but nothings seems to help. Also, when i try to download minecraft launcher it gives me the error code "8024001e".
