Why is my factory reset taking so long?

After I had somehow lost my D: drive, I had the idea to factory reset my PC since after scanning, we could not find the issue. It has been stuck on 13% for 5 hours but all signs point to it still attempting to complete a factory reset. However I am afraid that the reset has failed or there is an issue causing it to be unable to complete.I have no backup files etc, that I can put in instead. Any advice would be lovely.Thank you.
