Why is my computer freezing at the sign in screen every time?

Computer keeps freezing at this image when trying to sign in. I’ve tried to restart countless of times. Tried startup repair troubleshooting, tried logging in with safe mode but still freezing at the same screen. Anyone have any ideas please I work from home.
