Why is my Computer Freezing and it's Buzzing when I use OBS to record gameplay?

My whole computer will freeze and the audio will let out a buzzing noise in my headphones, just like the noises computers make right before they blue screen. These freezes could last for a brief moment to a few seconds. I've tried updating my video and graphics drivers, reinstalling my video and graphics drivers, reseating the RAM, checking for viruses, and recently deleting my video and graphics drivers. None of that worked, deleting the video and graphics drivers, caused it to run fine for a while after I reset my computer, and no viruses were found even with third-party software. It was wor
